A Child Is Born

• Welcome to our blog. We’re absolutely thrilled to be one of the first to launch a blog that is dedicated to all things massage and skincare.
• Our interest in blogs was really sparked last Spring. But with major distractions in the Fall we set the project aside. So, for us, it’s been a long gestation.
• Many thanks to our intrepid bloggers, Laurie, Abigail, Lovelace and Melinda. They’ve jumped right in as baby bloggers and they’re natural swimmers.
• Special appreciation to our nurturing “doulas”. Our own Debbie Hellmann, Marketing Coordinator, Luiz Varanda of Reason Labs, website master extraordinaire, and our friends at Prominent Placement who have guided our Internet presence for years.
• Also, much gratitude to Toby Bloomberg of Diva Marketing. When we were referred to a “blog” expert, we couldn’t believe that there was such a thing. At our first meeting, I expected a pierced and tattooed youngster. Not the case. Toby is an experienced, sassy, and savvy marketing professional who is a passionate about the transformative potential of social media. She’s also one of the most generous people I’ve ever met. So regardless of the response to our blog, I already consider it a success. To have worked with and gotten to know Toby has been a blessing.
• As all parents, we think our blog baby is the most exceptional, the most handsome, genius level blog in our community. If what you see today is just a wrinkly newborn,
  keep coming back. I think she’ll be a stunner.
