Dedric and Doogles
Atlanta School of Massage participated in the annual Pet Parade at Piedmont Park last Saturday. The event is the largest fundraiser for The Atlanta Humane Society. Did you know it costs the Atlanta Humane Society about $300 per pet to find safe and loving homes for our sheltered animals? ASM conducted an in-house fundraiser collecting donations from staff, students and clients. Dedric Carroll, a graduate and professional therapist at SensAbility, offered chair massage at the Pet Parade for $1 per minute with further proceeds going to the AHS. There were lots of requests for canine massage which we hope to offer next year.
